Job summary

Kilkenny Design is seeking a Sales Assistant at Kilkenny Design Pavillions S.C., Swords, Dublin. The role is permanent with a rotating schedule across weekdays, weekends, daytime and evening shifts.

You will provide outstanding customer service, share product knowledge and help maintain store standards while supporting a collaborative team environment. You must be flexible with hours, be an ambassador for our brand, and strive to achieve sales targets in a dynamic retail setting in Swords,

The Role:

• Sales Assistant
• Kilkenny Design Pavillions S.C., Swords, Dublin.
• Permanent Contract, working Monday to Sunday.
• Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have full flexibility and availability across the working week. Hours are rostered on a rotating schedule including weekdays, weekends, daytime, and evening shifts.

About You

You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for our values and the Kilkenny brand.

You will also:

• Have great communication and organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly, and ensuring general store standards and stock replenishment are carried out/maintained.
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
• Maximise the sales potential of your area and enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets.
