Job summary

Centra in Kilkenny is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to ensure customer satisfaction as our top priority. In this full-time role (37.5 hours per week), you will engage customers with pride, passion and care, and share knowledge to inspire their shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be well organized and flexible, able to use initiative and work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
