SuperValu in Ireland seeks a customer service focused team member to prioritise customer needs and provide a confident, knowledgeable shopping experience. You will engage with shoppers with pride and care, handle queries professionally and maintain high store presentation.

Centra is part of Musgrave, Ireland's leading food retail group. The role supports delivering excellent service in-store and adopting new initiatives within a busy team environment.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Main purpose of the role: Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.
