Centra in Kingscourt is seeking a customer service-focused associate to help ensure every shopper has a positive experience. You will engage with customers, answer queries and maintain a welcoming, well-presented store environment.

The ideal candidate will prioritise customer needs, be detail-oriented, organised and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.

About the locality:

Previous experience an advantage. This role is not suitable for students as full availabilty across the week is required
