Job summary

Centra in Blackrock is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant who makes customer satisfaction the number one priority.

You will engage with customers, prioritise their needs, and help ensure a friendly, knowledgeable shopping experience. Duties include merchandising shelves, handling queries professionally, and supporting the team in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

About the locality:

This is a part time role , but some flexability would be required- weekday afternoons and/or evening availability would be required, you must be over 18 to apply .
