Job summary

Centra in Ennis is seeking a customer-focused team member to ensure shoppers receive an excellent experience. You will engage with customers, answer queries and uphold Centra brand-values while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising shelves, handling queries professionally, and contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere as part of the Musgrave Group's SuperValu network.

Main purpose of the role:

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
