Centra in Cork is seeking a customer service-focused team member to ensure shoppers have an outstanding experience. You will engage with customers, answer queries, and uphold Centra's brand values of pride, energy, imagination and community.

You will merchandise shelves, deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment, and help implement new initiatives while working as part of a supportive store team. Prior customer service experience is advantageous.

Main purpose of the role:

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
