Job summary

Centra in Ballina is seeking a customer-focused team member to ensure shoppers have an excellent experience on every visit.

You will engage with customers, merchandise shelves and uphold Centra brand-values of Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
