Job summary

Centra in Drogheda is seeking a customer-focused team member to ensure shoppers have an excellent experience. You will engage with customers, answer queries and help them find products while maintaining store standards.

Flexible hours (30–40 per week) and a friendly, fast-paced environment are part of the role. Prior customer service experience is advantageous, and full training will be provided.

Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

About the locality

Approx 30 to 40 hours per week
