Job summary

Centra in Bray is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure the shop runs smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will embody Centra values, support colleagues, train new staff, manage daily tasks such as rotation and merchandising, address customer queries professionally, and help implement new initiatives in a busy retail environment. This role requires reliable attendance and strong organisational skills under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and multi-task under pressure.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
