Job summary

Centra in Limerick is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to prioritise customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent shopping experience. You will engage with customers, maintain high store standards and support new initiatives while working within store policy.

The role emphasises strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment, with morning shifts across Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is advantageous.

• Strong organisational skills and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Monday shift: 09:00 to 12:00

Tuesday shift: 09:00 to 17:00

Wednesday shift: 09:00 to 14:00

Thursday shift: 09:00 to 17:00

Friday shift: 09:00 to 14:00
