HomeSecure, part of Sector Alarm Group, is seeking a Sales Agent to join our Telesales team in Sandyford, Ireland. This onsite role offers a clear path to growth in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with potential earnings around €53,200 OTE.

You will manage inbound and outbound leads, meet targets, and contribute to a collaborative sales culture while developing strong product knowledge and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in generating and closing sales in a call centre environment.
• Experience in a busy sales role with challenging targets.
• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative to meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills with a superb telephone manner.
• Previous experience in selling consumer products an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Phone-based role managing inbound and outbound leads to conversion.
• Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets by channel.
• Reviewing account activity and following up on existing and potential customers.
• Dealing with potential cancellations and overcoming objections.
• Communicating feedback to the Sales and Marketing manager.
• Coordinating your efforts as part of a team and building an atmosphere of calibration.

We are looking to add a Sales Agent to our Telesales team. The successful candidate will join a vibrant team working in a fast paced, customer focused business.

This vacancy is an onsite position in HomeSecure HQ in Sandyford.

Working in our Sales team, you will:

• Phone Based role Managing inbound and outbound leads to conversion
• Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets by channel
• Reviewing account activity and following up on existing and potential customers
• Dealing with potential cancellations and overcoming objections
• Communicating feedback to the Sales and Marketing manager
• Coordinating your efforts as part of a team and building at atmosphere of calibration

As a Sales Agent you will have
