Job summary

Sitetech Rathcoole is seeking a Sales Advisor to drive sales growth and manage day-to-day trade. You will develop relationships with customers, ensure satisfaction, and promote Sitetech's products.

This role requires experience in sales within the construction sector and the ability to build long-term supplier/customer relationships. A full-time, permanent position with training and potential Saturday roster involvement is on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and account management within the construction sector.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Familiarity with concrete and brickwork accessories is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
• Familiarity with the Irish construction market, particularly in Dublin and Cork.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure their needs are met and they receive great service.
• Develop sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Manage and grow day to day trade accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge.
• Ensure efficient nationwide delivery service by coordinating with logistics teams.
