Job summary

Chadwick's Group in Clondalkin seeks a Sales/Admin Co‑Ordinator to input rebar schedules, handle delivery requests, inbound sales enquiries and trade counter sales while liaising with production to meet service levels. You will promote products and deliver high standards of customer service to existing and new customers.

The role requires good IT skills, strong communication, and a proactive team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Sales/admin experience within the construction industry is preferable but not essential.
• Good administrative skills.
• Good team player.
• IT literate, however full system training will be provided.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior standard of customer service to all customers.
• Build on existing relationships to encourage repeat business with customers.
• Work on tenders for both large and small deals in the public and private sector as and when required.
• Maximizing sales and profitability for the company.
• Focus on margin generation.
• Develop and update knowledge of existing and new products within the market.
• Provide support for the current sales team within Heiton steel and branch network.
• Trade counter sales when required.
