Accenture plc is seeking a Solution Engineer to partner with the SMB sales team and guide customers through the buying and onboarding journey. The role focuses on technical discovery, integration architecture, and ensuring customers understand how to deploy our AI solutions.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, address security concerns, and help remove blockers to accelerate adoption. This position sits within the Sales – SMB team in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar pre-sales technical role.
• Strong understanding of API concepts, including RESTful design, authentication patterns, integration workflow design.
• Ability to run technical discovery and translate customer requirements into integration Architecture.
• Competence in discussing security practices (encryption, data residency, identity/access management).
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; excellent communication and explanation skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, or AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Ability to create architectural diagrams, solution documentation, or configuration guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery calls with customers, clarifying integration needs and API usage requirements.
• Translate goals and workflows into architecture patterns, configuration options, and implementation plans.
• Deliver demos, walkthroughs, and light proofs of concept to address customer use cases.
• Lead security and compliance conversations, addressing data handling and access controls.
