Mobil Information Systems Ltd is seeking an experienced B2B SaaS sales professional in Ireland to drive new business and lead future growth. The role offers a defined path to Sales Manager within 12 to 18 months, with a base salary of €45,000 to €55,000 and a strong commercial trajectory.

You will engage SMEs and enterprises, build strategic plans, and shape country sales execution. You will join a fast-growing team in Ireland, working with leading GPS fleet management and telematics solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, tech, telematics, or related field.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ambition to move into sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Carry and deliver a personal new business sales target from day one.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract and handover.
• Deliver product demonstrations translating technical capability into business value.
• Accurately forecast and report pipeline activity using CRM tools.
