The Rehab Group in Monaghan is seeking an RT Instructor to join our Rehabilitative Training Programme. The role focuses on delivering person-centred training to learners with varying needs, including intellectual disabilities and ASD, in a supportive, inclusive environment.
We require education to third level, a training qualification, and experience in specialized training settings. The position is permanent, full-time (36 hours per week) with competitive pay and benefits.

Job Purpose
The Rehabilitative Training Programme aims to equip the learner with skills to develop personally, socially and vocationally in making future choices and progress to greater levels of independence and integration. The Instructor will work with the RehabilitativeTraining Programme which requires experience of working with people of varying needs and abilities - I.D., ASD, autism, physical and sensory difficulties, behavioural difficulties, mentalhealth difficulties.

Salary starting from point 1 €35,740.34 to point 5 €43,319.87. The 14-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to €60,373.79.
