Job summary

The Rehab Group in Monaghan is seeking an RT Instructor to join our Rehabilitative Training Programme. The role focuses on delivering person-centred training to learners with varying needs, including intellectual disabilities and ASD, in a supportive, inclusive environment.

We require education to third level, a training qualification, and experience in specialized training settings. The position is permanent, full-time (36 hours per week) with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education and Training to 3rd level standard.
• Specific training qualification: e.g., Train the Trainer.
• Experience in a specialized training environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the RT programme in a person-centred training environment.
• Provide systematic training according to curricula and maintain records.
• Carry out one-to-one keyworking and support individual action plans.
• Evaluate rehabilitation and vocational needs and prepare profiles.
• Support individuals with mixed abilities and varying needs in all settings.
