Job summary

Synergy-Security is seeking an RSOC Operator to manage routine and emergency communications, monitor alarms and CCTV, and support security incident responses across client sites.

The role requires experience in RSOC/SOC environments, familiarity with access control and security procedures, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams. Join a dynamic security operations team committed to proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Exposure to access management control systems.
• Experience in Travel Tracker or a similar platform.
• Experience in NC4 Risk Center or similar.
• Knowledge of Security Systems procedures.
• Previous RSOC/SOC/ARC or similar experience.
• Hold current PSA.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine and emergency calls.
• Monitor alarms and video equipment including fire, door and duress alarms.
• Provide general assistance to employees, vendors and guests.
• Evaluate incidents that may impact client offices and people, escalate accordingly to security management.
• Communicate and disseminate information using established channels to key partners.
• Take an active role in position-related projects.
