Job summary

Crisis24 Group seeks a detail-oriented GSOC Analyst to monitor global events, respond to alerts, and coordinate communications. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal skills, and a team-focused mindset.

You will monitor security systems, produce incident reports, disseminate intelligence, and support risk assessment initiatives. Candidates should have a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and be able to work 8-12 hour shifts on a flexible

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide emergency and non-emergency security monitoring and dispatch services.
  • Write incident reports for situational awareness and risk communication.
  • Collect, evaluate, and disseminate intelligence to support action plans.
  • Assist in planning and execution of risk assessment projects.
  • Contribute to risk management processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with on-site and remote security teams.
