Job summary

Provincial Security Services is seeking SOC Operators to join our Security Operations Centre in Dublin. You will monitor CCTV and alarms, assess incidents, and coordinate responses across client sites on a 24/7 schedule, including days, nights and holidays.

You’ll work with a proactive team to keep people, property and operations safe, using clear communication, attention to detail, and professional judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to routine and emergency alarm calls, CCTV and security systems.
• Assess incidents, analyse information and support investigations.
• Dispatch and coordinate security officers, ER teams and emergency services.
• Provide timely, accurate information to stakeholders via established channels.
• Monitor security developments and gather intelligence affecting clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, decisions and incidents.
• Act as central contact between Physical Security, security teams and stakeholders.
• Identify unusual activity and escalate concerns promptly.
• Support daily SOC operations following established procedures.
