Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking high-potential graduates for a rotational Graduate Programme in a busy food manufacturing business in Ireland. You will gain hands-on experience across operations, commercial, sales, continuous improvement, supply chain, quality and finance.

Reporting to the Site Lead, you will receive mentoring, training and regular feedback to help you develop your technical skills, industry knowledge and professional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree completed in Food Science or Business.
• Hands-on approach and eagerness to learn in the food industry.
• Strong academic record with leadership potential.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience through rotational assignments across multiple departments.
• Support projects and day-to-day activities across different functions.
• Participate in training to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
• Work alongside experienced colleagues and mentors to understand the business.
• Contribute ideas and support improvement initiatives across the business.
• Receive regular feedback to track progress and development.
