Job summary

Sanmina in Ireland is seeking a Supply Chain Graduate to rotate across Inventory, Purchasing, Planning and Logistics, supporting our global supply chain objectives and ensuring robust processes with the vendor base.

You will provide general administrative support to the Materials Team, gaining exposure to MRP, logistics, and supplier performance, while developing IT and data analysis skills in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 8 Degree in Supply Chain/Finance or related discipline preferred.
• Graduate of the IIPMM or similar professional organization preferred.
• High level of IT skills proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Inventory, Purchasing, Planning and Logistics in the Materials department.
• Help ensure a robust supply chain with the vendor base and meet global objectives.
• Provide general administrative support to the Materials Team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align export/import schedules and shipping logistics.
• Support the MRP process, including weekly orders and supplier performance data.
• Assist in generating inventory and KPI reports and maintain records.
