Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking high-potential graduates for a rotational Graduate Programme in a busy food manufacturing business in Ireland. You will gain hands-on experience across operations, commercial, sales, continuous improvement, supply chain, quality and finance.

Reporting to the Site Lead, you will receive mentoring, training and regular feedback to help you develop your technical skills, industry knowledge and professional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree completed in Food Science or Business.
• Hands-on approach and eagerness to learn in the food industry.
• Strong academic record with leadership potential.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

About Your New Job
