Job summary

Sysco Ireland’s two-year Business Graduate Programme offers an immersive entry into Ireland’s foodservice industry with rotations through key areas and hands-on training from experienced professionals.

You will rotate across New Product Development, Sustainability, Customer Success, Merchandising, and Strategic Development, gaining exposure to international projects and markets to build a global perspective.

Qualifications

• 2:1 or above (realised or predicted) in a relevant Business degree.
• A solid understanding and demonstrated interest in Business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Self-starter with a high level of motivation and agility
• Strong commercial awareness and career motivation.
• Available to start September 2027
• Full clean drivers’ licence and access to own transport

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments including New Product Development, Sustainability, Customer Success, Merchandising, and Strategic Development.
• Gain hands-on experience and learn from leaders across Ireland’s foodservice operations.
• Participate in international projects and markets.
