This full-time role offers a salaried range of $93,600–$104,000 (depending on experience) with an equivalent hourly rate of $45–$50 and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Schedule is Monday–Friday, no weekends.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in NYS.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in geriatric or rehabilitation; 3+ years preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control practices, and resident rights.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure resident care plans are implemented and followed.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor condition changes.
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, documentation, and services.
• Address concerns from residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Assist with staffing coverage and scheduling adjustments.
