RAD Search are delighted to be partnering with an established architectural practice in Dublin as they look to appoint an RIAI Registered Architect to their design team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified RIAI Architect with around 3 to 5 years’ post-graduate experience to join a creative and collaborative studio working across a varied portfolio of ambitious projects throughout Ireland.
You will play an important role within the design team, contributing across projects from early design development through to technical delivery and completion. The work spans a diverse mix of sectors, including residential and mixed use schemes, leisure, sport, regeneration and public realm projects, offering excellent variety in both scale and complexity.
The successful candidate will be confident taking ownership of projects, contributing to design development and working closely with colleagues, clients and wider consultant teams. Strong design, graphic and technical skills are important, alongside the ability to work independently and contribute positively within a collaborative studio environment.
You should have a good balance of design and technical experience, with confidence taking projects forward and contributing to project leadership. Experience with statutory approvals and Public Works Contracts would be advantageous, although not essential.
Revit is essential.
The overall package includes a discretionary bonus, annual voucher, hybrid working, pension contribution, generous annual leave, ongoing CPD and professional development, family leave and income protection. A 4.5 day working week is also offered.
