Job summary

Lumen Search Ltd. is partnering with a market-leading Irish architectural practice to recruit a Senior Architect for a busy portfolio of commercial projects in Dublin.

The role spans from inception to completion with client-facing responsibilities and leadership of project teams. The ideal candidate holds an Architecture degree, is a member of the RIAI or eligible, and brings 10+ years of experience with strong Irish/UK market exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture is required.
• Should be a member of the RIAI or eligible to join.
• 10+ years' experience minimum.
• Exposure to Commercial advantageous.
• Ample experience in the Irish/UK market.
• Track record leading delivery of complex projects.
• Aptitude or enthusiasm for managing direct reports on a project basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage large projects from inception through to completion.
• Lead project teams and interface with customers in a client-facing role.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design integrity and delivery on time and budget.

The Role:

Our client is one of Ireland’s most successful design-led Studios and are looking to bring in a Senior architect due to a significant pipeline of Commercial work.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience managing large projects from inception through to completion, and should have exposure to leading teams and interfacing with customers in this client-facing role.

Required Background:

• Degree in Architecture required
• Should be a Memeber of the RIAI - or eligible
• 10+ years’ experience minimum required
• Exposure to Commercial highly beneficial
• Ample experience in the Irish/UK market needed
• Track record in leading the delivery of complex projects
• Aptitude or enthusiasm for managing direct reports on a project basis
