RAD Search is partnering with a leading mid-sized interior design studio in Dublin to appoint a Senior Interior Designer or Design Manager for their growing team. The role spans concept through to completion on high-end residential schemes, with ownership of projects, client leadership, and coordination of consultants and contractors.

A strong background in interior architecture, FF&E, finishes, and bespoke joinery is essential.

Job description

RAD Search are delighted to be partnering with a leading mid-sized interior design studio in Dublin as they look to appoint a Senior Interior Designer or Design Manager to their growing team.

With a strong reputation for high‑end luxury residential design, the studio works on some of Dublin and Ireland’s most considered private residential projects, combining interior architecture, bespoke furniture and joinery, FF&E and full project management to deliver projects from initial concept through to completion.

The Role

This is a senior position for an experienced Interior Designer who is confident taking ownership of projects and leading them from early design stages through to completion.

You will work across the full project lifecycle, from concept and spatial planning through design development, technical delivery, procurement and fit‑out. You will lead client relationships, coordinate consultants and contractors, manage project progression and ensure a consistently high standard of design and delivery throughout.

You will also play an important role within the wider design team, acting as a senior point of reference for junior designers, sharing knowledge and helping to maintain the studio’s design standards.

You will be confident managing clients, presenting design concepts, coordinating multiple stakeholders and making decisions throughout the project lifecycle. A strong understanding of interior architecture, FF&E, finishes, bespoke joinery and the technical delivery of residential projects will be highly valued.
