The Revenue Operations Analyst will collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to streamline commercial processes across the lifecycle from RFX to contracting and ongoing requirements.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled efficiency, accuracy, and proactive process improvement within a global FinTech leader.

Qualifications

• Commercially curious with a focus on Revenue Operations in SaaS.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail with commercial/contractual information.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with AI tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial opportunities across Bid Management, Deal Desk and Revenue Operations.
• Coordinate RFX processes (RFPs, RFIs) with stakeholders across the business.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, pricing analysis, and deal materials.
• Coordinate deal strategy and execution, including meetings, decisions, and approvals.
• Support contracting and obligation management with document reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate ongoing customer requirements, including due diligence and questionnaires.
• Support commercial analysis, reporting and forecasting with deal visibility.
• Leverage AI, automation and process improvements to enhance Revenue Operations.
