Job summary

Fenergo is seeking a Legal Analyst in Ireland to join the Legal Department and support the commercial contracts lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Legal (Sales & Commercial), you will review contracts, help prepare for negotiations, and advise business leaders on strategic legal matters.

You will work with global financial institutions and gain hands-on experience in a FinTech environment, with training, a supportive team, and opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of commercial contract review.
• Prepare for contract negotiations with customers by drafting responses to customer legal and commercial requests.
• Review customer relationship documents and other information to help provide strategic advice to Fenergo business leaders.
• Assist generally with the operations of the Fenergo Legal Department.
