Homesavers in Roscommon is seeking a Retail Team Leader to run day-to-day store operations and support store leaders in delivering excellent retail service. You will lead the team on the shop floor, ensure product availability, and maintain appealing displays.

You will also open and close the store, follow security procedures, manage till processes, and help train staff while upholding cleanliness and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Reliable and flexible availability is required.
• Ability to deliver standards and results in a retail setting.
• Experience in leading a team is preferred.
• Retail experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team to replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability.
• Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed.
• Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls.
• Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the current team.
• Maintain store cleanliness and high standards of presentation.
