Job summary

Homesavers is seeking a hands-on Retail Team Leader to drive day-to-day retail operations and support retail leaders in delivering excellent store performance. You will lead the store team, manage stock and displays, and ensure high standards of customer service and security.

Key duties include opening/closing, till accuracy, stock replenishment, and staff training. The role requires reliable, flexible availability and experience in leading a retail team in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver daily retail operations.
• Replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability.
• Assist with deliveries, stock handling, and inventory counts.
• Open and close the store, ensuring security and procedures are followed.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls per till procedures.
• Support and guide team members during shifts and help train new staff.
