Job summary

Homesavers is seeking a Retail Team Leader to oversee day-to-day store operations and support retail leaders. You will lead the store team to maintain stock, displays, and product availability while ensuring cleanliness and security.

You will also assist with deliveries, handle inventory counts, and guide staff through shifts, with a focus on meeting standards and coaching team members to develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to replenish stock, maintain displays and ensure product availability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and orderly presentation throughout shifts.
• Assist with deliveries, stock handling and inventory counts.
• Open and close the store, following security and operational procedures.
• Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls.
• Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the current team.
