Job summary

Choice Stores in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, Ireland, is opening soon and seeking a Team Leader to join the store leadership team. You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

The role blends operational focus with team support, fostering a positive, professional environment and ensuring merchandising, stock control and health & safety compliance. 1–2 years in retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a retail or team leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Team Leader, you will be a vital part of the store leadership team, working alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This hands‑on role blends operational focus with team support, helping to keep the shop floor running smoothly while fostering a positive, professional environment.
