Carraig Donn is hiring a part-time Supervisor for our Donaghmede store in Dublin. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, manage weekly rotas, and ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a supervisor or management role, ideally within fashion or home/gift industry.
• Experience leading teams and achieving store targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading and motivating a high-performing team to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Promote sales while controlling costs to maximise profitability and achieve optimal gross margin.
• To maintain up to date knowledge of and adhere to all Company Procedures and Health & Safety Procedures.
• Uphold company standards in customer service, health & safety, and overall store presentation.
• Foster a strong team spirit through communication, leadership, and collaboration.
• Support Store Manager with organising and managing weekly team rotas to ensure adequate coverage within budgeted hours.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with Company guidelines.
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating to Head Office where necessary.
• Ensure the effective use of the till system, cash management, and daily store operations.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of team members to enhance store efficiency and engagement.
• Maintain high standards of stockroom organisation and overall store safety and hygiene.

With buying offices also located in Ennis, and Dublin. Carraig Donn is continuing to grow year on year, with an exciting 10-year expansion plan.

The Role

This is a part time, permanent Supervisor contract in Donaghmede S/C, Co. Dublin.

Must be fully flexible as will be required to work weekdays including evenings and weekends. Immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
