Job summary

Krispy Kreme UK & IRE Cork is seeking a Retail Shift Leader to run the floor, greet customers with a smile, drive sales, and keep the store clean, safe and inviting for every guest.

You will lead a friendly team, handle till and food service, stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, and assist with recruitment when required, with paid training from day one and full availability including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience running a retail floor or leading a team on shift.
• Strong customer service focus and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift on the shop floor with customers, boosting sales and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Lead the team, work till duties, serve drinks and snacks, and maintain an appealing display.
• Handle stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, and assist with recruitment when needed.
