Job summary

Eagle Street Partners in Ireland is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead leasing strategy for a large shopping centre and oversee the leasing strategy for a PRS portfolio.

You will develop asset-level business plans, identify value-enhancement opportunities, manage leasing and capex initiatives, oversee advisors and property managers, and support transactions, financing, valuations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years commercial property, retail or shopping centre experience.
• Experience in budgeting, contractors and stakeholder engagement.
• Mixed use / residential real estate management preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills for leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead new lettings, renewals and lease events, coordinating with external agents.
• Identify value-add opportunities and oversee capex initiatives.
• Develop asset-level business plans aligned to fund strategy.
• Track occupancy, ERV, NOI and capex against budgets and targets.
• Provide operational oversight of the shopping centre management team.
• Collaborate with property managers on operations, rents and service charges.
