Eagle Street Partners, part of Arrow Global Group, seeks an Asset Manager in Dublin to lead leasing strategy for a large shopping centre and oversee a PRS portfolio.

You will develop asset-level business plans, identify value-enhancement opportunities, manage leasing, capex and coordinate with advisors and property managers to deliver results.

Formación

• 10+ years commercial property, retail or shopping centre experience with budget management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills with experience leading operational teams and service providers.
• MSCSI or MRICS accreditation preferred.
• Experience in mixed-use or residential real estate management is a plus.
• Fast-paced, growth-focused environment; ability to coordinate with external advisers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead lettings, renewals, surrenders and re-gears with external agents and manage lease-event pipeline.
• Identify and deliver value-add initiatives across leasing, refurbishment, redevelopment and operations.
• Develop and execute asset-level business plans aligned to fund strategy and objectives.
• Track performance against budgets and targets (occupancy, ERV, NOI, capex).
• Oversee a large shopping centre management team and service providers.
• Coordinate with property managers on operations, service, rent collection and arrears.
• Support capital projects, development initiatives, ESG programs and reporting.
• Liaise with advisers and group functions across investment, finance, legal and ESG.

Description

Eagle Street Partners is a pan-European real estate investment and asset management firm and a wholly owned subsidiary of Arrow Global Group, which manages €110 billion across real estate and credit. Together with Arrow Global, Eagle Street invests across value-add and opportunistic real estate, special situations, credit and structured capital, creating value through repositioning, redevelopment and active asset management.

This role is based in Dublin. The Asset Manager will help set and deliver the leasing strategy and tenant mix in a large shopping centre and oversee the implementation of a leasing strategy for a PRS portfolio.

The role will help create and deliver asset-level business plans, identify value-enhancement opportunities, manage leasing and capex initiatives, oversee advisors and property managers, and support transactions, financing, valuations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new lettings, renewals, surrenders and re-gears along with the external leasing agents and manage the lease event pipeline to protect and grow income.
• Identify and deliver value-add initiatives across leasing, refurbishment, redevelopment, repositioning, operational improvement, income growth, cost control etc.
• Develop and execute asset-level business plans aligned to fund strategy and investment objectives.
• Track performance against budget and fund targets, including occupancy, ERV, NOI, capex etc.
• Provide operational oversight of a large shopping centre management team.
• Work with property managers to ensure strong operations, tenant service, compliance, cost control, rent and service charge collection, arrears management etc.
• Support capital projects, development initiatives, ESG programs etc.
• Reporting and liaison with external advisors and group functions across investment, fund management, finance, legal, development, ESG etc.

Background, Experience & Skills

• 10+ years commercial property, retail or shopping centre experience, contractor and budget management; OMC budgeting experience & stakeholder engagement. Mixed use / residential real estate management experience preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills and experience in managing operational teams and service providers.
• MSCSI, MRICS preferred
