Job summary

Uisce Éireann in Ireland is seeking a Property Analyst to support the management and expansion of the property portfolio in line with governance requirements. You will assist with acquisition or leasing of new buildings, manage lease arrangements, and provide property advice across the organisation.

Reporting to the National Property Manager, you will help develop property strategies, maintain budgets, track lease events, and coordinate with local authorities and external advisors to ensure

Qualifications

• Facilities/Property/Estate Management degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property management.
• Experience with budgeting and lease events.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant law and health & safety regulation.
• Desirable background in water, utilities or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Support development of strategically important office, depot and lab projects.
• Manage the portfolio including leasing, rent reviews and landlord liaison.
• Assist in procurement and expansion of the property portfolio.
• Input to property strategies and reporting to management.
• Develop annual property budgets and SOPs aligned with policy.
• Track monthly portfolio metrics including lease events and issues.
• Coordinate works with external advisors and ensure milestones.
• Ensure governance, compliance and safety standards are met.
