The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high operational standards, supervising staff, managing stock, and supporting the continued growth and success of the business.Key Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store. Requirements Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a retail supervisory or management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Good knowledge of stock control, merchandising, and retail operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Proficiency in cash handling and retail management systems is an advantage.
