Picnic Cafe Limited, trading as Daybreak Morristown, is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee the Morristown Road, Newbridge store. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, manage stock, and uphold high service standards in a full-time permanent role.

Responsibilities include driving sales, handling cash procedures, scheduling, recruitment support, and ensuring health and safety compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• Essential: Minimum 1 year experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
• Desirable: Strong leadership and team management skills; proficient in stock control and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock ordering for stock control.
• Ensure store is well presented, clean and compliant with company standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving targets.
• Ensure health and safety and food safety compliance.
• Prepare staff rotas and assist with recruitment, training and performance management.
• Manage cash handling procedures and liaise with senior management to improve efficiency.
