Job summary

A leading DIY retailer in Dublin is seeking a Leader to manage and develop the team in Coolock. The ideal candidate should have strong retail experience, a focus on customer service, and excellent communication skills. • Supporting with the recruitment of store colleagues when required
• Authorising and handling refunds and exchanges

• Conducting Performance Appraisals and supporting talent and succession planning
• Following health and safety regulations whilst maintaining operational standards

Overview

Main responsibilities

• Delivering extraordinary customer service, actively mentoring and motivating our store team

• Supporting the store management team in making the best use of our payroll and headcount budgets
• Supporting with the recruitment of store colleagues when required

• Following health and safety regulations whilst maintaining excellent operational standards to provide a safe environment for our customers and colleagues.

The specifics

• Full time 39-hour contract
• Working week 5 out of 7 days; every second weekend and Bank holiday required
• Competitive salary depends on experience
