Job summary

• 3+ years in Learning & Development or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience with LMS administration and content creation.
• Retail or multi-site experience desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programmes across stores and support office.
• Manage LMS, training records, and reporting.
• Create engaging learning content and e-learning modules.
• Plan and organise training events and onboarding.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into development solutions.
