Choice Stores in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, is seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals to join as Keyholders. You will support daily store operations, help open/close, and keep tills and floor running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a calm, proactive approach. The role requires flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a competitive hourly rate and pro-rata annual leave for part-time team members.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, ideally with supervisory or keyholder responsibilities.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and able to handle store keys and till routines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm, professional approach to problem-solving and supporting customers.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store as required, ensuring it’s ready for trade.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support daily floor operations.
• Support the store management team in guiding and supporting team members.
• Follow store routines related to tills use, stock control and loss prevention.
• Monitor store presentation, merchandising standards, and product availability.
• Take ownership of floor operations and team support as required.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
