Job summary

Choice Stores is seeking reliable, responsible individuals for the Keyholder role in Cavan. This position suits those with retail experience aiming to step into leadership-support duties, helping with day-to-day operations and security.

You will open/close the store, deliver excellent customer service, assist management, oversee tills and stock, and ensure a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment. Part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with supervisory or keyholder responsibilities.
• Trustworthy and dependable with responsibility for keys and till routines.
• Strong communications and a calm, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as required for trade.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support daily floor operations.
• Support store management in guiding and supporting team members.
• Follow routines for tills, stock control and loss prevention.
• Monitor store presentation, merchandising standards and product availability.
• Take ownership of floor operations and team support as needed.
• Help maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment.
