Choice Stores is seeking reliable, responsible individuals for the Keyholder role in Cavan. You will help lead day-to-day store operations, support the management team, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires handling tills, stock control, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Flexible, weekend availability is preferred. Previous retail experience with supervisory responsibilities is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Retail experience with supervisory or keyholder responsibilities.
• Trustworthy and dependable with keys and till routines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm, professional approach to customer support and problem solving.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Open and close the store as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support daily floor operations.
• Support store management and guide team members.
• Follow tills, stock control and loss prevention procedures.
• Monitor store presentation, merchandising, and product availability.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
