Choice Stores in Cavan is looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract. You will lead the store operations, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will deputise for the store manager when needed, manage deliveries, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure health and safety compliance. The role requires flexibility for busy periods and weekends, with opportunities for progression within Choice Stores.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Flexible to cover busy periods including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service to every customer.
• Maximise sales in store.
• Motivate and support the team to high standards.
• Deputise for the store manager in their absence.
• Support & assisting the Management team in day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain store appearance and accurate merchandising.
• Process deliveries and replenish stock quickly.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and stock systems.
• Drive sales opportunities within each department.
• Support seasonal and promotional changes as required.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and training.
• Maintain a positive can-do attitude and assist in new projects.
• Follow store policies and cash handling procedures.
• Carry out back-office tasks as needed.
