Choice Stores in Navan Town Centre is seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Keyholders. This leadership-support role is ideal for retail professionals ready to take on store operations and security responsibilities.

You will open and close the store, deliver excellent service, support the management team, monitor tills, stock and loss prevention, and help maintain a safe, tidy environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with supervisory or keyholder responsibilities.
• Trustworthy and reliable, capable of handling store keys and till routines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support daily floor operations.
• Support management in guiding and supporting team members.
• Follow tills, stock control and loss-prevention routines.
• Monitor presentation, merchandising, and product availability.
• Own floor operations and team support when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
