Job summary

Choice Stores in Navan Town Centre is seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Keyholders. This leadership-support role is ideal for retail professionals ready to take on store operations and security responsibilities.

You will open and close the store, deliver excellent service, support the management team, monitor tills, stock and loss prevention, and help maintain a safe, tidy environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Your Role:

We are now seeking reliable, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Keyholders. This role is ideal for individuals with retail experience who are ready to step into a leadership-support position, playing a key role in the store's day-to-day operations and security.

What You’ll Do:

• Open and close the store as required, ensuring it’s ready for trade
• Deliver excellent customer service and support daily floor operations
• Support the store management team in guiding and supporting team members
• Follow store routines related to tills use, stock control and loss prevention
• Monitor store presentation, merchandising standards, and product availability
• Take ownership of floor operations and team support as required
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Retail Experience, Ideally With Supervisory Or Keyholder Responsibilities
• Trustworthy, dependable, and capable of handling store keys and till routines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A calm, professional approach to problem-solving and supporting customers
• Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including evening and weekends
• Proactive and ready to step up when required

Hourly Rate (Age 20+):

€ 14.75 per hour

• Age 19: 90% of the applicable adult rate
• Age 18: 80% of the applicable adult rate
• Under 18: 70% of the applicable adult rate
